Rebuild of my bike shop

I built a slightly large version of the bike shop from the set 60026 Town Square from 2013, and I was never really happy with it as it just felt like a gap filler in my city.
It was also not on a SMILS base so it needed to be moved on SMILS in order for it to fit into my new city.

 I started by pulling it down and transferring it to a SMILS base.

It had a very basic tiled interior.

 Walls come down.

 And get moved and expanded onto the SMILS base

 All those tiles have to come off for re-use!

 Walls up and door in!

 Bikes installed with a customer taking to the sales guy.

Pulling down the 2nd floor and building it onto the new SMILS version.

 1st floor walls completed.

 Both floors completed and the roof as well.

 All done and ready to go into my city.
